It's election day today! We all had the chance to cast our votes in class today. Stay tuned for final results tomorrow morning. We began working on our Politics review sheet - the test is on Thursday!

George Horton from the Liberal Party was here to speak with us today. We took a quick look at the Liberal Party of NB website, then continued with our reading from the text book and took some notes.

We had a look at the Conservative Party of NB website before our guest speaker came later in the day. We also started reading from the text book about other ways (besides voting) we can exercise our political power. More reading and notes will follow tomorrow.

In groups, we shared our notes taken during the debates and recorded our findings on chart paper. We also talked about issues that affect us here in this riding and thought about questions we can ask our guest speaker (Bruce Northrup) tomorrow.
